- The Environmental Assessment for the North Demonstration Project, part of Lake Tahoe’s “Most Beautiful Bikeway in America,” has been released for public review and comment. This is one segment of a premier separated, multi-use trail planned to circle the lake.
- The EchoWater Draft EIR has been released by the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District for public review. The project is an advanced wastewater treatment plant upgrade to protect Delta water quality.
- The Final EIR for the innovative urban infill project, Sutter Park Neighborhood Project, has been completed by the City of Sacramento.
In the Climate Change Implications session at The Wildlife Society, Western Section Conference in Reno, Ascent Principal, Curtis Alling presented an update of climate adaptation planning efforts by federal, state, regional, and local government agencies.
