Does this sound like you?
When you pass an older building, you guess its age, just for fun. Mansard…yep! A saltbox house…you know this has nothing to do with spices. And the idea of spending time at the State Archives gives you goose bumps. Either you are a recent graduate of a program in historic preservation or a related field or you have already embarked on your career evaluating these cultural resources. You’re a people person, but you also love the often-solo endeavor of digging in to analysis to understand pressures on the environment and how to address them. Correct grammar, word choice, well-constructed paragraphs, and clear explanations are important to you. Compliments have come your way about your positive attitude, caring demeanor, and ability to succeed in the face of challenging assignments.
