Giving back, to the community and to the industry that we serve and that serves us…this further defines our culture.  All principals at Ascent have a strong commitment to these values, from sitting on the boards of the Tree Foundation and Solar Cookers International to coaching a group of kids in sports.  We extend this value to our employees by offering paid time for community service.

It does not stop there; we are dedicated to giving back to our professional industry.  We teach courses at the University of California Extension, the Association of Environmental Professionals, the American Planning Association, and at local colleges and public agencies.  We participate in policy forums, curriculum development, and in other settings where we can help guide and inform the industry.
